Rental unit in Trillevallen

Welcome to this newly built house in Trillevallen, which contains two apartments of 92 m² each, where the living room has a ceiling height of five meters! Each apartment has a total of four bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor, a sauna and a pleasant kitchen solution as well as a fireplace in the living room. Everything you need to enhance your mountain experience. It is 300 meters to walk to Alpina and 40 meters to hiking and cross-country trails. During the summer months, there may be reindeer in Trillevallen, they sometimes seek shade at the cottages. The space The guest is expected to take good care of the apartment and be careful. You'll be staying in our home. Clean the apartment after your stay. Follow the cleaning instructions in a binder in the apartment. Cleaning rags are left in a plastic bag in front of the washing machine. If the cleaning is not done, you will be charged SEK 2,500. Departure cleaning can be ordered through me, SEK 2,500. Even if cleaning help is arranged, the apartment should be left in good condition. Dishes that are washed in the dishwasher are run on a program at 70 degrees. It doesn't need to be taken out before you check out. We inspect the apartment after each guest, if something is missing or something has broken. This is charged to the guest. Consumables such as toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and firewood are NOT INCLUDED. Pillows and duvets are provided. You bring towels and bed linens. Do not enter with shoes/boots and strollers in the apartment as it can damage the wooden floor. Let me know if anything breaks. Other things to note Duvets and pillows are available. The guest will bring bed linen and towels.
