La Casita is located within the Quinta Encino in Cañas Dulces and is the perfect place to spend time with family resting, meditating in nature, swimming, grilling, reading and hiking on and off the property. It is located 20 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the beaches of La Cruz de Guanacaste or the beaches of Coco, Hermosa, Panama and surrounding areas, 30 minutes from the Rincón de la Vieja volcano, 5 minutes from Los Coyotes and 18 m from Santa Rosa park. The space The house has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a large living room, dining room and kitchen, a laundry room and a large terrace with BBQ. Ample private parking for up to 10 cars. Room #1 has a King bed and bathroom inside the room. Room #2 has two twin beds that can be put together and function as a double bed plus a single bed with a bathroom inside the room. Room #3 has two twin beds that can be put together and function as a double bed plus a single bed and an additional cot. The bathroom is outside the room but right next to it (in the living room). In the TV room there is a single sofa bed and in the main room there is a folding double bed. Both the sofa bed and the folding double bed located in the living room and share the bathroom in room #3. All of the above with enough privacy and private use. Additionally, we have the following common areas: large green areas to rest, walk or camp. Spa for pets. Large salt pool. Trails and meditation area. Basketball and volleyball court. Hammocks and picnic areas. Security cameras/monitoring 24/7. Excellent location near volcanoes and beaches. Ideal for resting and spending a lot of time outdoors. Well trained and friendly dogs are more than welcome. We like to try to serve our guests in the best way possible and we have safety tools and access for the disabled and elderly (our golden guests) Guest access The Casita is within the Quinta El Encino, and has been conditioned to be completely private even though it is inside the property. If your group is large, we offer camping areas around the property that allow you to be part of your group and maintain privacy at the same time. The pool is shared with some guests and family occasionally. The basketball court is shared. The entire property is accessible for walking, meditating and sharing, except for areas indicated as private. It is quite large and we never have excess guests, since we maintain the integrity of privacy and independence to enjoy the green and recreational areas that the place offers. Parties with additional guests than those registered in the original reservation or without prior notice are not permitted. Each guest's ID, license plate, and vehicle color are required upon entering the property. Access is unique for each guest and will be provided on the same day of entry. Location and other additional details will be sent one day before your check-in. Other things to note It is important to keep in mind that this is a rural area near the Rincón de la Vieja volcano, beautiful beaches, rivers and lots of hiking areas. It is normal for there to be electrical or internet failures. We have solar panels, reserve water and other options as plan B to face these failures but even so, sometimes the technology can fail and we like to inform our guests of possible electrical, internet or drinking water failures during their stay, especially during the rainy season.
