City Center Studio – Calea Victoriei

Enjoy a stylish experience at this wonderfull place located in the heart of the city ! Since the place is located in the nicest area of Bucharest, only a 3 minute walk to Piata Victoriei, from where you have direct buses to the international airport, metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, tourist attractions, beautiful walking areas, about 4 parks at 5-15min walking distance. The place is surrounded by state institutions, private hospital, clinics, and 15 min walk to Gara de Nord. The space The place is an ergonomical STUDIO type condo suited for two people that has been renovated and newly refurbished. Even if it's in the city center you can still hear the birds singing outside while you watch the beautiful streetview made from vibrant cosmopolitan architecture thanks to the orientation of the apartment towards the front of the building, where there you can admire the effervescent motion. Also the orientation is South- West so the temperature doesn't fluctuate or become too hot and there is natural light all day long. The place is not necessarily suitable for children under 2 years-old because of it's ceramic flooring and it's moderate size. So if you're a tourist it's a perfect place as well as if you are on a bussiness trip in which case it's good for you since it's in the economical, high corporate and institutional surrounding area. All are welcome ! Guest access You will be able to access all the space, a condominium style apartment. Everything you see in the pictures is available for you. Other things to note Since the place is situated on a building on the main historycal boulevard there are some tipical things happening: 1. from Friday evening to Sunday evening the authorities close the street for cars and so it becomes a large promenade area 2. Usually it can be quite hard to find a parking spot, and during weekends the whole driving area dynamic changes, so it gets harder 3. Good thing is that the bycicle lane passes right through the front of the buildings and you can rent a bike or electric scooter(the latter isn't allowed on the bike lane) 4. From this point(Piata Victoriei) the traffic tends to be hell so for transportation I recomend two-wheels vehicles or public transportation since you have a lot of busses, trams and the metro very close, heading any direction you want 5. We have the cheapest taxis in Europe, so i also recommend getting arround with them, as well as using car sharing apps like Uber or Bolt
