Come relax at The Monte! A 3bd 2 1/2 bath mountain retreat in Pioneer on 1/2 acre. A vintage cabin in the woods with touch of modern. Wood - burning fireplace, Wifi & 75" TV. Unwind on the back deck in the pines, propane BBQ & propane fire pit. Yard games with horseshoes & giant jenga + Game room. Peaceful and centrally-located off Hwy 88 near the great Sierra rivers & lakes. Pipi Valley 14 min. away, Bear river lake 25 min, Silver lake 30 miles, Kirkwood Ski Resort 37 miles. A perfect getaway. The space Walk into a open concept living and dining space with two bedrooms on main floor with the loft room with 1/2 bath on 2nd floor with two full beds. Stairs are required to access loft bedroom upstairs. The kitchen offers a large island with granite surfaces and brand new appliances. The coffee bar offers pour over station and French press complete with our favorite coffees. Everything you need to cook and serve a complete meal are available within the kitchen cabinets. Detached laundry room/ game room in back yard with air hockey table, ping pong table topper conversion, 32” TV with DVD player to stream games & movies plus electric dart board. Deck offers full dinning table with bench seats, Propane BBQ and Giant outdoor Jenga. Hot tub is also available. Two portable / inflatable outdoor loungers to use in yard are also available for guest. At 3,600 foot elevation, during the winter months the cabin occasionally receives significant snowfall. 4 wheel drive and chains recommended. The driveway is down slopping so if there is a lot of snow park at top of driveway or to the left when entering property is ideal. Public streets are snow plowed. Guest access Entire access to home, yard and hot tub which is located at the backyard. Garage is not available to guest as it is used for storage. Other things to note Please note driveway is down sloping, and there are stairs on the back deck. No stairs are required to enter the home. — pet friendly with $95 pet fee per stay (2 pet maximum, please add pets as guests at booking) — We do ask that pets stay off the furniture and please clean up after your pet. ~EV Charger is available with fee of $25 per stay and please request during the booking request. ~Room in the garage is locked for the storage.
