Kitchenette has microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and faucet/sink. Amenities provided: bedding, towels, bathroom cosmetics, hairdryer, iron/iron board, coffee, coffee cups and condiments. This house has been totally renovated but we saved some of the original charm, so expect to see quirky nooks and crannies. it consists of 5 separate units and each is listed as a separate listing since all suites have it’s own smart lock entrance, kitchenettes, bathrooms, dedicated porch/ patio, free parking spot and sleeps different number of people. Our rental is located in the heart of everything so no need to bring a car over, on the ferry. We do provide one free parking spot per unit, if you decide to bring a car over.However, most people like to rent a golf cart for the duration of their stay and explore the island. For golf cart rental please mention in your message and we can arrange for one to be put on hold under your name. ( not included in the unit price ) Unit 1 has stairways leading to bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchenette is located on first floor. Expect to sign paperwork and list all the guests in your party.
