You have your own separate access (and key) so you can come and go anytime. Street parking available in front of the house Other things to note LEASEHOLDER: Only the reserving party will be considered the leaseholder. The leaseholder MUST BE AT LEAST 25 years of age. The leaseholder will be held responsible for the payment and other leaseholder responsibilities enumerated in the airbnb rental agreement. CANCELLATION POLICY: Per the booking policy of airbnb, full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you purchase trip cancellations insurance with clauses to cover you for any reason you might have to cancel. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is four people and is limited to the guests identified in this contract. We consider all children over the age of one year at the time of arrival as people in the head count. CHILDREN: Parents should be aware that the suite is not without inherent risks. Tiles can be slippery when wet. There are no lock offs for cupboards, drawers or electrical outlets. Kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning supplies that may contain poisonous chemicals. Corners are not rounded. There are pieces of original art, various decorations, lamps, etc. throughout the suite that are within reach of little hands, which you will be responsible for.
