Entire Home with King Bed near The Woodlands

Our home is a new, modern and cozy resort-like single family home, with everything that a 5-star hotel has to offer. This Spring getaway will be your home away from home. The space The kitchen is fully equipped along with a full service washer and dryer. We also offer 1 very comfy standard queen bed, 1 comfy queen size couch bed, and 1 very comfy luxurious king size bed. You will have the entire place for yourself. This is a great home, complete with amenities. A great place to spend time and relax in, home away from home. It will definitely feel like a nice getaway from the big city life, but just close enough to all of the action! This neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful during the day and even at night. Perfect for afternoon naps or all night sleep. This property has 2 smart TV's equipped with free access to Netflix and free WIFI. We currently do not offer any other streaming services at this time. We welcome you to log into your personal accounts if you desire a different streaming service other than Netflix. There is no access to local or cable channels. The "Media Room" is equipped with a "couch bed"& platform, if you aren't familiar with a couchbed simply type in "couchbed" in youtube to see what to expect. **Please read the "OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE" section. Guest access **GUEST ACCESS** You have access to the entire home and backyard to include the garage. Please, make yourself right at home! > The garage will only accommodate 1 large or small vehicle at this time due to storage of personal belongings **NO GUEST ACCESS** > ANY and ALL personal belongings stored in our garage >Hallway Closet Other things to note The First Aid kit will be on top of the refrigerator and the fire extinguisher is placed in the kitchen pantry on the floor. Baby rocker/bouncer available upon request Baby high chair is available upon request **TRASH/GARBAGE COLLECTION** Just a kind reminder about our neighborhood trash & recycling pick up days. We kindly ask our guests to assist us in taking out trash and or recycling so that we may continue to provide our future guests with a nice clean and sanitary living environment, and more importantly to abide by our HOA standards. This rule will not result in any penalty, we simply ask as a courtesy to us and our future guest. We kindly ask that you place any bags of trash into the grey garbage bin (located in the garage) or any recycling items into the green and yellow bin also (located in the garage) and on their collection day to please open the garage and bring out either bin to the bottom of the driveway, either night before or morning of no later than 7am as they do come early. *IF your checkout day falls on Either collection day we ask that you please bring the bins out for collection prior to checking out. *Trash (grey bin) collection day is every Tuesday morning *Recycling (green&yellow bin) collection day is every Thursday morning We greatly appreciate your assistance with this! **please read the "ADDITIONAL RULES" section, it can be found under Policies & rules** As you will find our policies regarding parties, smoking, pets & service animals, ECT.
