Cozy 100 m² apartment in the heart of Vienna. Centrally located, it offers a quiet and stylish retreat. Enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony or in the spacious kitchen. The bathroom has a spacious shower and there is a separate guest toilet. For business travelers, there is a study with 2 monitors and an additional pull-out bed for 2 people. The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment building and is accessible via the stairwell or via the elevator. The apartment has a bedroom with a king size bed for 2 people and a closet with ample storage space. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a spacious, walk-in shower and toilet. There is an additional toilet and small sink in the entrance area. In addition, a study with a sofa bed for 2 people. In the study, there is an electric height-adjustable desk with two 27-inch monitors to which you can connect your work laptop via a USB C hub. The large living room offers enough space to relax after a long day of sightseeing or to watch a movie on TV. There are plenty of books to read. However, please put them back where they were before at the end of your stay. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room and contains all kitchen utensils. Coffee maker, milk frother, microwave, oven, induction stove, plenty of dishes and cutlery, spices and much more. The highlight of the apartment, especially in the summer months, is the large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating and a table. The green courtyard is very quiet. I have also planted my balcony with beautiful vines, which provide a special atmosphere. For longer-term rentals, there is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. I have a very close and respectful relationship with all my very nice neighbors. We love our house and treat it with care. Of course, I ask you to also take this into account during your stay and the house rules and quiet hours (10:00 pm - 7:00 am). My neighbor Valerie from the first floor helps me with the AirBnB rental and is also available for acute important questions if I am not on site.
