We have good Wi-Fi for your work needs, and quiet yet efficient air conditioning units to keep you cool day and night! Our little villa is ideal for a getaway. Our beach is semi-private, and it often feels secluded, which we love! After the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower and relax in the terrace. Make something on the grill, order in, or visit one of the many delicious local cuisine restaurants nearby. End the night in a comfy King bed! You can walk on the beach to the hotel's facilities - golf courses, casino, spa, restaurants, beach bar, and more. Things nearby: - El Yunque National Rainforest for hiking, waterfalls, incredible views - Hacienda Carabali for horseback riding and ATV - 5-10 minute drive to the very popular Kioskos de Luquillo (for delicious authentic Puerto Rican cuisine) We highly recommend that you rent a car so that you make the most out of your experience in the island. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire apartment (excluding private areas, as indicated and/or locked) as well as the exterior private terrace that has direct access to the community's common areas. They will have access to the parking lot, 2 community pools, and the beach! Other things to note - We request government-issued photo IDs from all adult guests. - A House Rules deposit may be requested at time of booking. - Pools are open from 9am to 10pm (times may change). There is no lifeguard in the pool nor at the beach. Use the pools at your own risk. We could provide lifesavers for children as requested. - Being on a tropical island means hot weather, humid conditions, and possible mosquitoes, so please protect yourself while outdoors. Please note that PR's electrical grid is delicate. Power issues islandwide are rare but may occur. There can also be interruptions in the water and Wi-Fi service. - Renting a car is highly recommended. We offer free parking inside our gated community. Ubers and taxis are limited. - We are not suitable for children younger than 2 years old. We are not baby-proofed. Children of all ages should be closely monitored, never left alone in the apartment nor outside while using the amenities. Disclaimer regarding electricity, water and internet: In September 2017 Puerto Rico was directly hit by Hurricane Maria. Unfortunately, our power grid has suffered significant damage after the hurricane and over the years. Power, water, and internet outages are extremely common in the island and may last from a few minutes to a few hours. Sometimes power goes once a week or sometimes once a month, it's completely out of our control. In the event of a prolonged water outage, our property is equipped with a water tank that may be activated for limited use. We will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption of water, electrical, or internet services. If water, electricity, or Wi-Fi is interrupted for more than 7 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights NOT used.
