We offer several items to make your stay more convenient including kayaks, bicycles, tubes for floating the river, etc. You have full access to the lower level of the house. There is a locked door that separates it from the upper level. The area remains quite private. Kitchenette is stocked with essentials including coffees, teas, etc. We are available to answer any questions but will stay out of your way so that you may enjoy your privacy. Our neighborhood is safe and although your car will not be garaged, parking space is adjacent to a long fence with security lighting and just steps from the entrance to the lower level. The highlight of this area of Pueblo West is its proximity to Lake Pueblo which we can see well from our property. Liberty Point is also just minutes away which offers a spectacular overlook of the lake. Plenty of parking available. Pueblo is a quick 15 minute drive. Quiet family community with 1-2 acre lots with Mountain Views and Lake views. Local restaurants, Walmart and Safeway grocery store within 2-10 miles. Larger restaurants on Pueblo Riverwalk are 20-30 min away. Two mile drive to state park entrance. Nearby access to 40 miles of paved bike paths through reservoir and along the Arkansas River.
