This condo has the best of both worlds. It’s the last pick up stop on the private shuttle to Keystone (5 min ride) but in a peaceful family friendly condo community with lots of amenities. Gate off the patio which looks at the pool -washer and dryer -easy walk from your car for unloading and packing -two full bathrooms. New everything! Paint, furniture, kitchenware. We plan to use this condo for our family and 3 kids so we stocked it as such. Lots of baby stuff (pack-n-play, high chair, plastic cups, sippy cups, books, games, etc.) Enjoy the cozy living room and wood burning fireplace (wood included), along with the shared year round use of the heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna. This FIRST floor condo (no flights of stairs to lug your stuff up!) has a beautiful primary bedroom and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom can sleep 4 adults comfortably and has a second bathroom and tub. Living room has a pull out bed (with high quality mattress!) to spread out as needed. Enjoy the washer dryer in the unit to keep those swim suits/towels dry. The condo is steps away from a grill with propane provided. Enjoy the gate that opens to the lawn to let the kids run out their wiggles while you enjoy the view from the deck or the propane fire pit at the pool. The private shuttle stop is across the road from the pool, basically an easy 2 min walk, and takes you right to the a keystone base area (Peru lift). This is the perfect place to bring the family to enjoy year round activities, skiing, snowboarding, snow biking, hiking, golf, paddle board, etc! PLUS! You get access to ski lockers right near condo front door for storage!
