Chalet Alpensuss: 6p ski-in, ski-out and Aquarena

Chalet Alpensuss is a luxury holiday home for 2–6 guests with air conditioning, a private EV charger, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Located in sunny Kötschach-Mauthen, close to the family ski slope and surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, it is the perfect base for hiking, cycling, skiing and relaxing. The space In winter, Chalet Alpensuss puts you just steps away from the snow. Only 50 metres from the chalet is the family-friendly ski slope with a chairlift, drag lift and ski school. The surrounding area also offers excellent opportunities for cross-country skiing, winter hiking and skiing in the large Nassfeld ski resort, just a 25-minute drive away. In summer, Chalet Alpensuss is the perfect base for exploring the region. Discover countless hiking and cycling trails, enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery or take day trips through Carinthia, East Tyrol and the Italian Dolomites. Aquarena, with its indoor and outdoor pools, wellness facilities, tennis courts and spacious sunbathing lawn, is only 400 metres away. The charming village centre, with supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants, is less than a five-minute walk from the chalet. The living room features air conditioning and large panoramic windows with beautiful mountain views. Electrically operated blinds allow you to adjust the light and privacy to your preference. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, a relaxing infrared Sunshower and a comfortable bedroom. Upstairs are two additional spacious bedrooms with premium king-size beds (180 × 200 cm). One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other features a washbasin and plenty of space for a baby cot. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The cosy dining area with its comfortable corner bench and the spacious lounge sofa make the chalet a wonderful place to relax together, even on less sunny days. Board games are provided, and you can easily stream your favourite music and entertainment services through the TV and audio system. A private EV charging point is available on the driveway for guests travelling with an electric vehicle. The spacious storage room offers plenty of space for skis, bicycles and hiking gear. You are also welcome to use the barbecue, the hanging chair for the terrace and the available bicycle helmets. Guest access You may use all rooms and stuff in the house, except if it says private. Other things to note Add the Aquarena guest pass to your summer stay. From the end of May to mid-September, you can upgrade your stay at Chalet Alpensuss with a 4-person swimming pass for the nearby Aquarena leisure complex. With this pass, up to 4 guests receive daily free access throughout your entire stay for just €10 per day. The pass must be booked for the full duration of your stay. The regular day ticket for Aquarena is already higher for a single adult, making this pass excellent value. After your booking, you can easily add the swimming pass if desired.
