Apartment in Monheim am Rhein

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. There is direct proximity to the A59 highway, towards Düsseldorf and Cologne. Both Düsseldorf and Cologne can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car or train. The S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 15-minute walk away. However, there is also a bus stop very close by. Probably the largest waterski resort in Germany is a few hundred meters away. Simple swimming is also possible here. The space The apartment offers a living area with fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and a large sofa bed. In the spacious bedroom, there is a double bed (1.4 m x 2 m), a chest of drawers with a clothes rail, a mirror and a desk with a chair. There is also a large bathroom in a retro look with two sinks, a shower and a bathtub. Last but not least, the loggia (balcony) is on the southern side. Due to the southern orientation, the sun shines on the loggia in summer from morning to evening. Other things to note Guests can access the apartment on the second floor via the shared staircase.
