Thalasssofili (greek for Lover of the Sea) is our vision of living the classical-romantic good life by the water. Picture a luxurious retreat close to the ocean, bay and charming town center, just a short drive away from the bustling scenes of neighboring boardwalk towns. Our private pool, pavilion, epicurean kitchen, movie/game room, exclusive cul de sac location and other well-planned amenities will enable you slip quickly and deeply into the good life by the water. Welcome to "Thalassa Life"! The space Built in 2023, Thalassofili is a brand new, 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath mini-villa in an exclusive neighborhood of only 9 homes. We have a private pool, pavilion, patio and deck in a generously sized backyard. Additional amenities include a luxury kitchen with Wolf range and hidden pantry, movie/game room, custom master bathroom, and electric vehicle charger. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home other than the owner's locked storage areas. We have a well-stocked garage of pool/beach supplies. On most weeks we also have a pair of electric bikes that may be used (deposit required) along with a couple of conventional bicycles. Other things to note Guests may use the garage to charge their electric vehicle and to access the pool/beach supplies and bikes. However, we ask that guests otherwise park their cars on the driveway for the duration of their visit.
