'Thalassofili' is our designer Lewes Beach retreat featuring a private pool (heated at beginning & end of season), pavilion lounge, gourmet kitchen, and movie/game room - perfect for families and groups seeking a refined coastal escape. Built in 2023 and set on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers easy access to Lewes Beach, the bay, and historic downtown. Thalassofili - Greek for “lover of the sea” - captures the spirit of relaxed, elegant living by the water. Welcome to the Thalassa Life. The space Built in 2023, 'Thalassofili' is a new, 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath mini-villa in an exclusive neighborhood of only 9 homes. We have a private pool, pavilion, patio and deck in a generously sized backyard. Additional amenities include a luxury kitchen with Wolf range and hidden pantry, movie/game room, custom master bathroom, and electric vehicle charger. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home other than the owner's locked storage areas. We have a well-stocked garage of pool/beach supplies. On most weeks we also have a pair of electric bikes that may be used (deposit required) along with a couple of conventional bicycles. Other things to note Guests may use the garage to charge their electric vehicle and to access the pool/beach supplies and bikes. However, we ask that guests otherwise park their cars on the driveway for the duration of their visit.
