Euphonia Residence is a newly built accommodation located in Porto Heli, Greece combining the serenity and tranquility with a stylish way of living. The establishment of 175m2 offering two comfortable bedrooms, both with double bed (possibility in one room to prepare twin bedding). We do also provide 2 single extra bed for the children. Please note that we do encourage a maximum 4 adults + 2 children occupancy for a comfortable stay. Both rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (shower) each. At Euphonia Villa, we believe in providing the tools for a perfect meal. Our kitchen comes complete with a fridge freezer to store your fresh ingredients and a waste bin for easy cleanup. Find a selection of glasses, plates, spoons, and cups, ensuring you have everything needed for a delightful dinning experience. Unwind in the tranquility of Euphonia Villa’s expansive backyard, a heaven for relaxation and entertainment.The centerpiece of the backyard is the inviting pool, surrounded by four sunbeds and two elegant chaise lounges. Whether you’re basking in the sun or taking a refreshing dip, the pool area provides a picturesque setting for your leisure. Additionally, an external washbasin adds convenience to your outdoor experience, making it easy to freshen up after a swim or a delightful barbecue evening. Guest access Two days prior your arrival, we will contact you through a message in order to book the exact time of your arrival. On the arrival day, our host will be welcoming you at Euphonia Residence and will explain you all features of the house as well as some information regarding your stay. Other things to note Since 1st of January 2024, the Greek government has published the Climate Crisis Resilience Tax which need to be paid by guests upon check in. The climate crisis resilience fee is imposed per daily use of the villa during the months of March to October. For a villa more than 80sqm such as Euphonia Residence the tax during these months is set at ten (10.00) Euros. The climate crisis resilience fee is imposed per daily use of the villa during the months of November to February. For a villa more than 80sqm such as Euphonia Residence the tax during these months is set at four (4.00) Euros. The special element – ​​proof of collection of the climate resilience fee is not subject to VAT. Registration Details 1297399
