The space Located in a hamlet of the Livradois-Forez Regional Park, this large independent house in the countryside welcomes you in its green setting, with 360° views of the surrounding mountains. You can visit the nearby towns of Ambert (famous for its Fourme PDO), Thiers (international capital of cutlery), La Chaise Dieu (famous for the Gothic architecture of its abbey), Le Puy en Velay (jewel nestled in the heart of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region and capital of the Saint-Jacques paths) and enjoy attractions such as Le Moulin Richard de Bas and indulge in hiking. The gîte consists of: On the ground floor: - a living room and sitting area - a dining room with wood-burning stove - a kitchen - a bedroom with a 160 cm bed - a shower room - an independent toilet On the 1st floor: - a sitting area with foosball - a bedroom with a 120 cm bed - a bedroom with a 128 cm bed - two bedrooms each with two 90 cm beds - a bathroom - a separate toilet A baby crib is available on request. One room is accessible to people with reduced mobility. One-hectare adjoining land with terrace and parking. We would like to inform you that this cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 people in terms of sleeping on site. We allow gatherings of up to 15 people maximum for meals only. For safety and comfort reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed this capacity of 15 people. In case of unauthorized overcapacity, we reserve the right to refuse access to the cottage.
