Just two blocks from the main plaza and Lake Chapala’s boardwalk, you’re steps from cafés, galleries, shops, and vibrant local life. The space The private suite includes its own small balcony, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric range, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker—ideal for shorter or longer stays. It’s accessed from the backyard via a staircase. Guests also enjoy shared spaces, including a spacious lobby, a shaded sitting area, and a tranquil fountain surrounded by greenery that attracts birds. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available, and the suite features a comfortable workspace, as shown in the photos. Guest access The private suite is accessed from the backyard via a staircase. In addition to their own suite, guests have access to a large lobby, an outdoor shaded patio, and a beautiful little backyard with a fountain. These shared areas provide opportunities to connect with other travelers. While there is no parking on the property, free street parking is always available right in front. The laundry room is not available for guest use, but laundry services are offered at an additional cost of 140 Pesos per load. Other things to note We accommodate early arrivals and late departures whenever possible. For stays longer than one week, a complimentary weekly cleaning is provided. Upon request, guests can have their laundry done by our housekeeper for 140 pesos per load (guest use of the laundry area is not permitted). We kindly ask that guests regularly dispose of their garbage in the large bins located in the patio (at least every 2 days). Additionally, filtered water is provided for drinking throughout the duration of your stay. Please review our house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
