The primary bedroom with comfortable king bed and en suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower are on the top floor (plus washer and dryer are conveniently located adjacent to the bedroom). On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a full bathroom with walk in shower. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs with access to Netflix and basic cable. This bedroom is perfect for those who do not want to navigate a lot of stairs during your stay. There is an open floor plan kitchen and living area on the second floor with large screen Smart TV with access to Netflix and basic cable. The kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked for those who want to prepare meals during your stay. We have ample pots and pans, baking dishes and baking sheets, Cuisinart coffee maker (coffee provided), Cuisinart toaster – everything you need to prepare a great meal. For those who prefer to dine out, there are tons of options within walking distance including a local brewery located adjacent to the property featuring a different food truck every night. Other things to note No unauthorized guests, no parties or events, no smoking, no pets. The City of VB has regulations for short term rentals including no outdoor noise after 10pm.
