The space The Bellevue Cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet: Bedrooms 1 & 2: queen size bed with private bathroom Bedroom 3: queen-size bed + 2 90 × 200 bunk beds, ideal for children The spacious and bright living room opens directly onto the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, with two coffee machines (filter and Senseo pods). The estate offers 3 cottages for up to 14 people in a friendly and unspoiled setting. You have access to all the shared amenities: 🏊 Enclosed private pool 🧖 Infrared sauna 🏓 Games room (foosball, table tennis) ⛳ Petanque court and badminton court 🐕 Fenced dog park of 400 m² (4,300 sq. ft.) 🎾 Municipal tennis court 1 km away (free, open access) In the summer, we organize a welcome aperitif so that vacationers from the different cottages can get to know each other—it's a tradition that our guests love! A lake with turquoise waters is a 10-minute drive away (45-minute walk) for fishing or simply to enjoy the scenery. Ideally located in the Lot-et-Garonne department, the estate is close to medieval bastides, Provençal markets, and the vineyards of Gascony. Agen, Villeneuve-sur-Lot, and Cahors are easily accessible for exploring the local area. Guest access 🚗 Coming by car From Paris A20 to Cahors, then by road via Tournon-d'Agenais (~7 hours) From Bordeaux A62 towards Toulouse, exit No. 7 Agen-Centre, then towards Villeneuve-sur-Lot via Tournon-d'Agenais (approx. 2.5 hours) From Toulouse A62 towards Bordeaux, exit No. 7 Agen-Centre, then towards Villeneuve-sur-Lot via Tournon-d'Agenais (approx. 1 hour 45 minutes) 🚆 Comenir by train The nearest railway station with good connections is Agen (TGV from Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse) — allow about 45 minutes by car from the station to the cottage. The Penne-d'Agenais and Monsempron-Libos stations are closer (approx. 15 minutes), but they are served by few trains. Book only if your schedule allows. 💡 A car is still essential on site to explore the local area. Other things to note The owners live across the street—available without being intrusive. The cottage is adjoining the L'Olivier cottage. The terrace faces southeast, ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. The outdoor areas (heated pool, games, pétanque, table tennis) are shared between the 3 cottages at Le Mas.
