The poolside area is perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying refreshing dips in the water. It provides a private and peaceful ambiance despite being located in the center of the vibrant surf town. Guest access Guests gain exclusive access to our in-house amenities. Aside from this, the public beach, coffee shops, restaurants and bars are all within a 5-minute walk from the villa . For the adventurous, you can choose to indulge in surfing, yoga, jiujitsu, muay thai, and animal flow in nearby establishments. Other things to note Things to note. Please read before booking. 1. A security deposit of 3000 Php is mandatory and will be gathered upon your check-in. This deposit will be fully reimbursed, provided that no extra charges are accrued throughout your stay. 2. Casas del Sol villas boast outdoor spaces nestled amidst nature's embrace. Expect encounters with local wildlife inhabiting the surroundings, from birds, insects, lizards, and other animals. 3. You can easily stroll to the vibrant Liwliwa beach in just 5-7 relaxed minutes, following safe and even pathways. Along the way, you'll encounter various shops, stores, restaurants, and bars, adding to the lively atmosphere. 4. We've implemented backup generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply, particularly during peak times like weekends when the influx of tourists strains the local grid. You can rest assured knowing that we've taken proactive measures to maintain a smooth experience for our guests in Casas Del Sol. 5. Our high-speed Converge internet provides 40-60 Mbps, depending on user count. Mobile signal strength ranges from average to no signal at times due to the overall area being full of tall Agoho trees. Connection and signal issues are handled by third-party providers and their reliability is not under the control of our establishment. 6. There are a few construction activities nearby but be assured that these would not hamper your relaxation and enjoyment of our villas. 7. We have meticulously maintained air conditioning systems in every room. To ensure optimal cooling efficiency, please minimize door openings and remember to switch off the bathroom exhaust when not in use. 8. Free street parking (1 slot) is available in front of the villa. Additional free and paid parking spaces are available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of property or vehicles. Please secure your vehicle properly. 9. Videoke rental is priced at 1500 Php per day. Please note, according to the Municipal ordinance of San Felipe, Zambales, the use of Videoke and loud noises is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. 10. At Casas Del Sol, we have a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy. Once a reservation is made, it is final and non-cancellable. We cannot offer refunds or cancellations, even in unforeseen circumstances. 11. If you wish to rebook your reservation at Casas Del Sol, please note that we do not allow rebooking within two weeks prior to your check-in date. This means that any changes to your reservation must be made at least two weeks before your scheduled arrival. 12.
