The house is located in the center of Colonia Providencia behind Avenida Terranova, one of the best areas in Guadalajara with bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Just minutes walk. Less than 10 minutes by car from Chapultepec as well as Plaza Andares. The room is located in the upper part of the house next to a TV studio and it is practically independent of the lower part of the house. It has its own bathroom and dressing room.
