The Vicarage and Cottage are two Grade II listed buildings close-by to each other, providing the perfect setting for a very special gathering for family and friends. Whether it's the decadence and grandeur of The Vicarage or the quintessential beauty of The Cottage, these two charming properties have all you need for a truly memorable stay. The space Located along a private track in the picturesque village of Great Limber, The Vicarage and Cottage are ideally located for guests to explore this stunning part of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The Vicarage will transport you to a bygone era of elegance and sophistication, coupled with 21st century furnishings and comforts. The ground floor provides a formal sitting room with sumptuous seating and incredible garden views which are welcomed in by the patio doors. The snug and study both have wood burning stoves and palatial seating. The opulent dining room retains its original charm with a majestic dining table. For relaxed dining, the well-equipped kitchen provides a large breakfast table, central island with stools and a wood burning stove, complimented by comfortable seating. The utility room is also located on the ground floor with a washing machine and wooden pulley drying rack. Six exquisitely furnished bedrooms are located on the first floor in addition to a combination of five bathrooms with walk-in showers, baths, and underfloor heating and heated towel rails. Outside, to the front of The Vicarage is parking for up to ten cars, and from this central courtyard you can access the original prayer room which is now a games room with its own wood burning stove. The main garden of The Vicarage can be found to the rear of the house. Mainly laid to lawn with a low stepped terrace, it leads on to a small private wooded area with pathways leading through. The Cottage welcomes you into the open-plan living area, with a modern well-equipped kitchen with a sitting and dining area complete with a wood burning stove and exposed beams. Also on the ground floor, is the newly refurbished family shower room complete with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Make your way up the staircase to the first floor, giving you the choice of two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer beautiful wooden beds with elegant furnishings throughout. Outside, you are greeted by a spacious, enclosed south facing walled garden, with an open-sided Grade II listed barn. The gravelled terrace offers comfortable outdoor seating, where you can enjoy an early morning coffee in the tranquillity of the garden. The Vicarage and Cottage are the perfect places to escape the hustle and bustle of day to day life, and spend quality time with family and friends. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog welcome at The Vicarage and one well-behaved dog welcome at The Cottage (additional charge per dog). Children and infants welcome. Two travel cots, a full-size cot, three highchairs and a stairgate are available on request (please provide your own cot linen). A travel cot can be accommodated in all bedrooms, except for bedroom six at The Vicarage and bedroom two at The Cottage. There is underfloor heating in the ground floor cloakroom and first floor bathrooms of The Vicarage. Please take care when using the steps and slopes on the woodland trail in the garden of The Vicarage. Please take care when using the steep stairs to the first floor of The Cottage. The games room is an out-building and is not accessed via The Vicarage or The Cottage. A hair dryer is provided in each bedroom of The Vicarage and bedroom one of The Cottage. The bedding is a mixture of feather and non-feather.
