A 3-minute walk from the train station and its large beach and 15 minutes from the mountain with its castle, surrounded by modernist buildings and exquisite gastronomic restaurants. The space The apartment has a large dining room and a comfortable living room with reclining sofas, with plenty of light thanks to its large windows and access to a large balcony overlooking the street and the square. Two spacious bedrooms also with plenty of light and access to the other large balcony overlooking another square. It also has a small room converted into a dressing room, a spacious kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom with everything you need as well. The terrace has splendid views of the whole village, the sea and the mountain and is the most recommended area to enjoy a good time reading and the wonderful sunsets. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. There is free outdoor parking 5 minutes from the apartment. Although Canet de Mar is a safe town, if you prefer to leave your car in a closed parking lot for greater security, a parking space is also available for €8 per day. Other things to note In the low season months, we can offer discounts for bookings of more than three weeks. If guests contact us, we'll adjust the calendar prices to the needs of their bookings by applying the agreed discounts.
