Your bedroom has a private en-suite with towels and toiletries Property is within walking distance to Limerick city centre. Local bar and cafes close by property for breakfast/brunch. Jetland shopping centre and Lidl are within walking distance of property. Public transport to explore tourist areas all within walking distance. TUS 5 minute walking distance. University of Limerick 15/20 minutes drive. University Maternity hospital 10 minute walk. Guest access Please note kitchen is not included with your booking. There is a kettle and coffee machine in your room for tea/coffee at your convenience. Water is also provided for your tea and coffee. There are cafes and hotel bar that I can recommend for breakfast/lunch close by your accommodation if required. Other things to note This is my family home. I live here with my husband. I have four adult children. Sometimes one of my adult children may be staying in the home with us. Your bedroom and ensuite is completely private with lock on door. There is a Private car space out side of property if required.
