There's a private parking space in the secure garage, also plenty of convenient public transportation. Walk to UNM, restaurants, a local food co-op, movie theater, park, galleries. The space I love the view of the Sandia Mountains from the bedroom window! The view of the mountains is continuously changing from morning, when I watch the sun rise, until moonrise at night. I also love that our building is very secure and that my neighbors are friendly and helpful. Guest access Besides my one bedroom, one bathroom condo, guests have access to my private section of the large garden courtyard and the shared BBQ grill.. Other things to note Because of HOA by-laws my condo is available for a minimum of 60 nights.
