Event Barn and Cottege.

This refurbished Barn is a great place for Weddings, Parties, Meetings, etc. Refurbished in 2026 this barn is stunning! *see other details for more information. This barn includes the use of the most popular cabin, The Cottage on the Waterfall. Due to the proximity, we want to make sure the Cottage does not get rented when the barn is getting used for a party. (This is a $250 per night value as part of the rental) Barn can host up to 120 people, with a serving kitchen, bathrooms and more. The space Barn space is perfect and beautiful for parties and gatherings. Currently: There is NO AC. We use fans inside the unit. Barn has Mens and Womans restrooms, prep area (eventually a kitchen) Guest access You would have entire use of the barn and entire use of the Cottage while you are renting both.
