Each bedroom has private access from the patio and offers stunning lake views—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening sunset. The private 3-piece bathroom is centrally located in the hallway and easily accessible from both bedrooms. The hot tub is reserved exclusively for your use during your stay—no outside visitors are allowed—so you can fully unwind in privacy. Guests also have access to an EV charger for a $10 fee per charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use it when booking your stay. Guest access Guests can conveniently gain access at any time after their designated check-in time on their arrival date through a keypad entry. The code will be provided a few days before arrival. Accessing the suite involves climbing stairs (flight of 5, flight of 4 and flight of 12). Other things to note Children and infants are welcome, but please note that we don't meet Airbnb's suitability requirements for infants and children. Kindly bring your own amenities for them during your stay. Street noise is audible from the deck and in the suite when the windows are open. The hot tub undergoes a 2-hour filtration cycle every 12 hours, resulting in intermittent vibrations and a buzzing sound, particularly noticeable in the queen bedroom and on the deck. Earplugs are provided, though some may find the sound soothing. Our property has been inspected in March 2024 and complies with all safety and building requirements outlined in the District of Peachland Bed and Breakfast regulations.
