However, pets are not allowed inside the premises of the main villa. - In case of a power outage, the 30 KVA generator can support all ACs, lights and fans for up to 5 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - The property houses 2 friendly dogs for security purposes. - Guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects owing to the natural surroundings of the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas for security purposes. - This is a standalone property.
