(6 mins to Kokanee Creek Provincial Park, 4 mins to Balfour Ferry/Harrop Ferry/Golf Course, 13 minutes to Hot Spring & 30 minutes to Kaslo and 25 minutes to Central Nelson). The space Stroll through the trees to find our 600 sqft waterfront Cottage with a private boat dock. Inside, you'll discover 2 bedrooms (each with a Queen bed), a living room with a Queen sofa bed & foam topper, 1 bathroom with a washer & dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a portable countertop dishwasher. Enjoy outdoor amenities including swings, a picnic table, firepit (free firewood), and a spacious front deck with windows and glass doors that bring the outdoors in. (2) Low Season (May, June, Sep & Oct): 4-nights Minimum Stay with flexible check-in. 2. Friendly guidelines: To ensure a safe, healthy and pleasant stay, for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines: (1) Pet-Free: While we love our furry friends and service animals, we need to keep the space allergy-friendly for all guests and our housekeeper. If you plan to bring any pets or a service animal, we kindly ask that you book with other hosts who have more suitable setups. (2) Registered Guests Only: For your safety and ours, only the registered guests included in the reservation are allowed overnight on the property.
