In this spectacular house you can breathe in tranquility with a bright and cozy terrace, you will enjoy incredible views of the sea and mountains. The terrace has a large umbrella, a sun lounger, and a table and chairs. Relax with the whole family! The space The house consists of 2 floors. The ground floor has a doorway to the street with a washing sink and clothesline if needed, and behind the house with street access, a portable barbecue for private use. Inside the house on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with sea views, the dining room has a large 50¨ TV and two sofas, one of them a double sofa bed with an entrance and exit door to the street with extraordinary views, a very spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower that can accommodate a bath chair if needed. We have a bath chair in case you need it. The bathroom has a small step that we have a wooden wedge available for if you need it to get the bath chair up or down. Two equipped kitchens, one of them with street access with all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay and next to one of them a large pantry. The Wi-Fi is fiber optic and very fast, so you can also work if you need to. On the first floor, going up the stairs, there is an entrance with a table and chairs with a door to the cozy sunny terrace, where you will enjoy unique views of the sea and mountains.
