It is located in the historic heart of Vienna, the Antique Theatre and its concerts (including the famous Jazz Festival in Vienna) are a stone's throw away, the SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away. The bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom (baby bath available). Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, small dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The space The accommodation offers 5 beds: 1 double bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room and a single bed on the kitchen side for a child or a person who is not too demanding. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by a staircase from the street (we live on the ground floor). This is the space for our (big) kids when they visit us. From the bedroom and one side of the living room, you can see the cemetery, we prefer to point it out although everyone agrees that it is charming because it is old and well maintained. NON-SMOKING accommodation and pets prohibited (our children occupy this accommodation during their visits and one is asthmatic). Please take off your shoes. Hot water is supplied by a 50 liter tank, this allows 3 people to shower in a row, then you have to wait (a little) for the water to heat up again. Please note that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.
