With plenty of storage, the place lives larger than it would seem for its square footage, and gets good light in the front room and kitchen during the day. There is a smart T.V. with ACS internet connection, keyboard and mouse, HDMI cable and Rockrok wireless receiver transmitter. (Please note, there is no garbage disposal or dishwasher in this unit) Guest access Secure laundry rooms (on second floor near unit #202), sauna and bike storage area available for use by tenants, per building guidelines and rules. Use of Electric Vehicle charger only available to owners paying year round for access @$30 extra per month. (Extension cord from inside unit is an option with additional costs to electric bill paid by tenant each month) . Other things to note This unit does NOT have a garbage disposal or dishwasher. The 43 inch smart T.V. is set up for apps and streaming (and has keyboard), gets a few local channels, but does not have cable hookup. Bear proof garbage shed near parking lot.... please replace "locks" after use.
