Our loft is located in historic walls. Already over 125 years ago, the area characterized by the 2-legged half-timbered buildings was used by the imperial military. Today we can provide you with a cozy accommodation here in new garages and freshly renovated. The space The apartment, renovated and 42 sqm in the summer, 2023, consists of a bedroom, an open kitchen (where there is plenty of space for a large dining table) and a new shower room. When booking with 3 or 4 guests, we convert the sofa in the bedroom into two cozy single beds - by the combination of the sofas custom for us in Hamburg with the sustainable room-in-A-box bed frame 2.0 they reach almost the comfort of a "real" bed. So you can also stay with 4 adults well. Our apartment is an ideal starting point for exploring the entire city due to the good connection to public transport and the parking in front of the door. The largest park in Hamburg- the Volkspark- with the adjacent Volkspark stadium and the Barclays Arena is just a few minutes' walk. The Waitzstraße, Ottensen, the ski jump, the city center and the Elbe are also very easy to reach from us. Guest access The entire apartment with your own kitchen, terrace and bathroom is at your disposal. Other things to note PKW: The price already includes a parking space directly in front of the apartment. CARSHARING: We are located in the car sharing and EScooter business area of most providers. Bus line 2 and 3 stop is a few minutes' walk away.
