Cozy Apartment Near Wesleyan and Town Center

Our home is located within minutes of downtown Middletown. You can eat in our well equipped kitchen or out at any of the 5 star restaurants around town. Enjoy hopping into small boutique and major big box stores around town. Parents of Wesleyan students can enjoy visiting and come stay in a quiet apartment minutes from the campus. There are art galleries, summer theatre nearby and a nice safe place to stroll around town. If hiking is your thing, there are many marked trails around the area. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser with mirror and a TV. A living room with two couches, one converts to a double bed for an extra guest and a TV with many Roku stations to watch. An eat-in kitchen with equipment to make a meal and a table that fits three. A full bath with a walk-in shower and a stacking washer and dryer. There is also a dedicated area for you to use as an office while you stay. The apartment is on the second floor, there are chairs to sit outside on the front porch, this is a shared space with other guest on the first floor apartment. Guest access The second floor is yours to use while you are our guests. There is an outside area on the front porch to sit. Other things to note The yard around and behind the house are not for our guests to use at this time. If your travelling with a small dog, let us know and we can allow you to bring one along. There is a $50 fee for the stay.
