Inside a charming village above a stream and with an enchanting view of the valley and mountains, the apartment - equipped with a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room - is located on the ground floor of a 2-storey building. Free street🅿 parking just 70 metres away. The space The apartment, which maintains its 1970s retro atmosphere without sacrificing all comforts, is located on the ground floor and consists of a large hallway, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with chest of drawers and wardrobe, a living room with sofa bed for two people and TV, a room with a bunk bed and a bathroom. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for several days. After each stay, all rooms are completely sanitized with ozone to eliminate microbes, molds and bacteria. 🎽For those who need it, there is a washing machine in the building that can be used free of charge, upon request, but only for stays longer than 5 nights. Pets 🐕 (with limitations for dangerous dog breeds) are welcome, but for their own safety we do not accept cats as there are several dogs in the area. Guest access ⚠️From the parking lot to the house you need to walk a few meters and go down some steps: they are very low steps but for those with mobility issues they could be difficult. Other things to note ✔️At check-in, all guests will be asked to provide their IDs for registration with the Police Headquarters, in compliance with Italian law. 📱All high-touch surfaces in the house (switches, handles, hairdryer, remote control) are disinfected after each stay; 👶 For younger guests, a portable crib and a high chair complete with tray are available free of charge upon request.
