The space Mouse Five is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home with private swimming pool, fenced yard, and game room! This vacation rental is located in the Indian Creek community. It is just minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions like Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Legoland, Universal Studios & many other Orlando destinations! The large open floor plan is great for entertaining family & friends. Whether you are staying for a few days or a few weeks, you are sure to love this home! Price includes taxes. As a courtesy, the home is stocked with a basic starter pack of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap). If you will be staying more than a few days, you will want to make a trip to the store for additional supplies. This dog-friendly property does have a two dog limit. If you have more than 2 dogs, please reach out to us prior to booking and we will consider on a case by case basis. We cannot accept any other pets, such as but not limited to cats, birds, hamsters, etc. There is a pet fee of $156 for up to 2 dogs. The home can comfortably fit 2 vehicles in the driveway. No vehicle may block sidewalks, park on the grass, or park on the street. This nearly 1,800 sq ft air-conditioned home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private patio with pool and a fully fenced back yard. The house sleeps up to 8 people. All bedding and towels are provided for you. This house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Our goal is to make your stay fun and relaxing. The entire home and all outdoor patio areas have WiFi access. All bedrooms and living room have TV's with cable. You'll find everything you need is at your fingertips. The living room has large comfortable seating for the whole family. The room opens out to a beautiful pool with ample deck space that's screened off from the neighbors. You'll find lounge chairs, a patio table, and a child safety fence are all there for you when you feel like enjoying the outdoors. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that 24 hour notice is required to guarantee pool heating will be turned on and warmed up for your stay. The garage has been converted to a game room for the whole family to enjoy! There is an air hockey table, giant connect four, an electronic dart board, and a video game console. The best part is that the game room has a brand new AC unit so you will be comfortable while hanging out. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. The spacious master bedroom looks out over the swimming pool. It has a king size bed, TV, cable, a private en-suite bathroom, and a closet. This bathroom has a stand alone shower and bathtub. With the closet and a large dresser, there is ample storage space for all of your things. The second bedroom has a king size bed and TV with cable. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a bathroom in between these two room. It has a shower/tub combo. The Princess room is sure to be a hit! It is fully equipped with two twin beds, TV, and cable. Between the kids room and the game room, the kids will never get bored! There is an attached bathroom as well that has a shower/tub combo. If you have little ones traveling with you, we have a variety of things to make your trip a little easier. There is a portable playpen and stroller. All are provided free for you to use during your stay. We are confident that you'll love this home as much as we do! Please note that the villa is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We do not allow parties, more than 8 registered guests at any time, unregistered pets, or smoking in the home. If you do have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
