It represents the ideal solution to fully experience a perfect vacation in the beautiful setting of Versilia, without sacrificing privacy and tranquility. *Totally free private and secure parking* *Thanks to self check-in, you can check in independently at any time* The space Upon entering, you will find a hallway with a sideboard with various doors and drawers to ensure that guests have additional space to store personal items. On the left, you immediately enter the very bright living area, which features a black marble table, designer chairs, and a small sofa. In front of you is a fully equipped open kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and various utensils. In the pantry you will always find mocha, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. From the living room, you can directly access the terrace, the perfect place to start your day by having breakfast and sipping a good coffee or to relax at the end of the day after hours spent on the beach, enjoying the cool evening breeze and the pleasant silence in which the apartment is immersed. In the master bedroom, you will find a vintage two-door wardrobe and a very comfortable double bed with memory foam pillows and a mattress with a topper, perfect for your quality rest after long days at the beach or exploring the small gems that Versilia has to offer. In the other, smaller room, there is a bunk bed and a second closet. The bathroom consists of a shower stall, full bathroom fixtures (toilet and bidet), sink with mirror, hairdryer, shampoo, and shower bath. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels and also has a brand new state-of-the-art washing machine, so detergent and softener will also be provided at no additional cost. There is also a clothesline on which you can comfortably dry your clothes in the open air. Table and ironing board are also available. The house is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning and a ceiling fan with adjustable blades in the two bedrooms, which ensure that the ideal temperature is maintained both in winter and during the summer. There is a wifi connection. Inside our condominium courtyard, guests can enjoy a personal covered parking space, a real rarity in Versilia and a plus no small thing in terms of both safety and savings. Bicycle racks are also available in the condominium spaces for guests to use. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people (five in case you also want to use the sofa bed) and is the ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends, but it is also particularly recommended for couples as the atmosphere you can breathe is very intimate and romantic. * If compatible with other reservations, I always do my best to allow early check-in or late check-out without requiring any additional payment * Guest access By booking the apartment, you can also use the shared garden and the covered parking space on the property. Other things to note The apartment is impeccably cleaned and sanitized in compliance with all current sanitation regulations. In Lido di Camaiore, there is door-to-door separate collection and it is MANDATORY to separate the waste produced in the appropriate baskets provided and placed on the terrace. Guests are also kindly asked to dispose of the full baskets according to the collection calendar and the instructions provided according to the Municipality's regulations.
