Welcome to Søra Rotøyna! Enjoy some quiet days in this flower paradise right by the sea on a small island with only boat connection. Cozy and nice garden with large terrace and good sun conditions. View of the fjord and the entrance to Bergen. If you like to fish, there are very good opportunities for it here. The rental price includes transport round trip by us or our acquaintance. The space The property consists of a small cabin of 35 sqm, barbecue hut, large terrace, garden and lakefront with jetty. The cabin is of simple standard with running water (not hot water) and solar powered electricity for lighting, TV and mobile charger. The cabin has two bedrooms with double beds, one on the main floor and one in the attic. There is also room for two children on mattresses on the loft. The main floor contains one bedroom, toilet room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Gas stove and fridge. Outside the cabin you will find a 80 sqm cozy terrace with gas grill and various garden furniture. View of the beautiful garden and the fjord. If you come with your own boat, there is room to moor on your own jetty. The jetty has a nice bench to enjoy nice summer days on. There are good fishing opportunities nearby and on the jetty there is a sink where you can clean the day's catch. In the shed there are fishing rods for rent. If you need to use power-consuming devices, the generator can be used by appointment. Heating of the cabin can be done using the fireplace in the living room or by gas stove. Other things to note Drinking water - IMPORTANT Only the water in the kitchen is filtered for drinking water. The water is rainwater from the roof that is filtered with a filter. If you are uncomfortable with this, bring your own water, or boil a pot with our water and let it cool down before drinking. The water in the bathroom and outside is not drinking water. Stairs/ladder up to the loft are steep without railings up and on top.
