The space Eglantina Condos offer a spectacular location, close to all amenities. The unit is 1200 sq. ft. unit with beautiful vistas of the ocean and Zicatella Beach. Fully furnished with many authentic Mexican pieces, complete kitchen appliances, utensils and linens. Weekly housekeeping is included. The master bedroom has a high end pillow top mattress on the king size bed, private ensuite bath and direct access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a double and a twin size bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Good quality towels & linens are provided for all beds, pillows & linens are new in 2023. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on the balcony, nor in most of the common areas. Guest access You have full use of the unit during your stay. The complex also includes 2 pools, one infinity ocean front pool and a larger lounge pool. For everyone's comfort, smoking and food (to deter bugs) are not allowed by the pools. Please note that children under 14 are not permitted in rental agreements in the interest of keeping the complex quiet for adult enjoyment. Only guests staying in the unit are permitted to use the pools. The roof top palapa is a common area you can use for relaxing, or watching the sunset. There are bathrooms at both pools and on the roof. There is a full time groundskeeper and overnight security. Parking is available if needed. Please Note that renters are prohibited from inviting guests to the pools, only guests staying in the unit are allowed at the pool areas. Other things to note Although this is ground floor unit, there are a few steps to walk up to get to it and a few steps getting around the pools. The Mercado (Market) is a great place to buy fresh produce and fish. The ocean is very warm (around 83 degrees in winter) and wonderful for swimming at the smaller beaches. Zicatella is one of the best surfing beaches in the world and just watching the waves is a treat! We have an on-site property manager to assist with getting you settled and provide advise on the area. Bottled water can be obtained from the gardener for a small fee and beer can be delivered if you want it. Electricity: Air Conditioning is available for an added fee. In addition, a refundable deposit will be required on check in for excess electricity use. The electricity meter will be recorded at check in and check out. This measure is in place to prevent guests from running the AC with windows and/or doors open. Please note: You will be renting a condo, not a hotel room. You will be provided with some essentials like water and toilet paper to start, but you will be responsible for any additional items. The weekly cleaning does not include laundry services.
