Your Friendly Neighbourhood Stay

Our home is centrally located in a vibrant residential Toronto neighbourhood! Walking distance from many restaurants, cafes, shops and grocers - your family will be close to everything you need. We're a block away from a large city park with a playground, swimming pool, skating rink, and public events. And a 7 min. walk from public transit (subway & bus) to downtown and Toronto's sites. The space You will have the entire home to yourselves - it's bright, clean, and comfortable. As an older downtown home, expect creaky wood floors and regular sound from the neighbours/neighbourhood. The basement is a separate private apartment, and not part of the listing. Our listing is for maximum four adults, but we have an additional room for a baby or toddler. Please feel free to message and let us know if you have a kiddo and are having any issues booking. Guest access The main house (first and second floor) are private and all yours! The front entrance is private access. Hosts have access to the back porch for cleaning supplies and to water plants. You can lock the door between the kitchen and back porch - just please be careful not to lock yourself out! The back patio and garden is shared with hosts Mike and Jan who have a separate private apartment in the basement. Our main entrance is through the back patio. Other things to note If you'll have a car, permits are required for parking on the street. There are usually spots in front of or very near the house.
