Other things to note Please Note The apartment is situated on Level 3, and there is NO LIFT. The stairs are wide and easy to manage, but they may present challenges for individuals with poor mobility. We regret to inform you that the property is not suitable for pets or children under 5. The apartment is not set up as "child-friendly," meaning we lack child-safe locks on drawers, and the furniture is freestanding, not anchored to the wall/ground. While the rooftop is fenced, it's essential to be aware that determined children could potentially climb them. The apartment is now fully air-conditioned throughout, the main living area and both bedrooms. Additional visitors to the property, beyond those originally booked, require prior approval from the host. Furthermore, it's important to mention that the person making the booking (the guest) must be one of the individuals staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
