Please note that this is a second-floor apartment so there is a need to climb stairs. We are still undergoing renovations in some areas and the outside of the building is not complete yet. I assure you that you'll be pleased once inside but ask that you forgive the outside appearance. Other things to note This building is not the prettiest in the outside. Please excuse this as I’ve only owned it a very short time. I’m confident you’ll be extremely pleased with the unit.
