Located in a 24-hour gated security community, the property is ideally located 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the small coastal village of Puerto Morelos and 15 minutes from the Cancun airport. The space Casa Sueno Azul is located in the heart of a private, secure and quiet community with a swimming pool, gym, yoga park, children's park, tennis court and football field. This bright house has all the modern comfort you need for your stay. On the ground floor, you will find the dining room, equipped kitchen, living room and a half bathroom. The convertible sofa can accommodate two travelers. Also a garden where you can relax and watch the monkeys at sunset. We also have two bicycles for your disposal. Upstairs, the two large bedrooms each have their own full bathroom and a dressing room. The master suite has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms in the house are equipped with fans, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. The property also has two private parking spaces. Guest access The entrance of the community is guard by a security officer. The house has a keyless code entrance which will be provided by message before your arrival. All the community facilities are access free (swimming pool, gym, yoga area, children's park, tennis court and football field). Other things to note This house is non-smoking or vaping and parties are prohibited.
