Less than a mile from Story Land and the perfect family home away from home. This three bedroom + loft chalet is updated and a total step up from your average rental and perfect for one big family or two smaller families. It is well decorated, super cozy, completely functional and will make you feel relaxed the second you walk in the door. A perfect spot to explore the White Mountains! The living space is open plan, flooded with light, and very mountain chic. We have a huge deck, parking for four cars, and a fire pit (with firewood). We'll even supply the marshmallows for you to roast! There is a yard and woods behind the house that our kids love to explore. The chalet has two bedrooms with queen beds (one with its own bath) a bunk room with two sets of bunks (ideally suited for four kids or just two adults), a loft with two twin beds (accessible by a ladder), and two and a half baths. There are two flat screen TVs, both with Netflix, Apple+, Hulu, HBO and Amazon Prime TV. We have games and puzzles, an updated laundry room, a fire pit, and a huge deck. There is a kitchen ready for cooking, including a beer and wine fridge, waffle maker, griddle, cocoa, tea and coffee, and plastic plates, cups, and utensils for little guests. We've also added toys and books for little kids and there is a Pack n' Play with sheet and a highchair. Please note that the loft is accessed by a ladder, so may not be a good play space for very small children. You will have access to the entire house. There is a shed on the property that is locked. We will be very available by phone/text during your visit, but will not be on site. The house is in Linderhof, which is a beautiful development with chalet-style homes. We are just up the hill from Story Land (close enough to come home for naps if your kids are little) and there is a market, Kringles, less than a mile down the road. You'll need a car but we have plenty of parking. We love this part of the world and are happy to offer recommendations for restaurants, great hikes, and activities for kids. Our cleaning service will wash the sheets and towels (hooray!) that we provide. You'll just need to strip the beds before you leave.
