Cozy log cabin in great nature for recreation.

Traditional, cozy, Norwegian handmade wooden cabin rented to orderly people. Here it is nice and relaxing even if the weather is bad. TV in both living rooms, fast wifi, and keyboard on request, for musicians who want to practice. Fire pan. Short walk down to idyllic bathing area with rock and small beach. Great hiking areas and a short distance to alpine facilities. The space The cabin is located on a spacious, very sunny and fairly undisturbed plot. Located on the outskirts of the cabin area, right next to open spaces, with a lovely view. Here you don't see the neighbor, when you're enjoying yourself around the campfire… The property is in the nice and quiet Lia cabin area, only a 4 min drive from Gautefall Ski Center, where there are ski facilities/alpine slopes. There are also tracked ski slopes in the field, and terrain inwards from the field. In summer, this is also a nice starting point for trips, e.g. up to "Himmelrike". The location of the cabin means that there is something for every taste and activity level: You can walk and run on the roads in the field. Cozy to stroll down the hill to the river, with rocks, swimming areas and sand volleyball court. There are hiking trails from the field, which take you e.g. to Øyvann. And it's only a few minutes drive to an eldorado of hiking areas for both cycling, canoeing and hiking. Easy access to the cabin by car. Advantage of four-wheel drive last slope in winter, but usually goes quite well without also, as the road maintenance with plowing and gritting is good. You can drive all the way to the front door with goods, etc., but park the car in a parking space next to the cabin. The bedrooms are spacious, all three with a double bed. One with a cot in addition. It is best suited for 6 guests, as there are 3 bedrooms available, but no problem to be 7 + baby, as the attic room has a large sofa bed. Guest access We turn off a small room for private things. The 3 largest bedrooms and the rest of the cabin are at your disposal. Other things to note We rent our cabin to decent people. Clean dog or cat can be brought, if it doesn't get dirty, hairy, and torn floors and furniture in the cabin. Guests will arrive at a heated cabin. All rooms/living rooms will have a good temperature, somewhat cooler in the bedrooms, and heating cables in bathrooms are turned to the desired temperature upon arrival. The fireplace provides lovely warmth with the glass doors closed. The electricity and firewood are included in the rent. If a lot of wood is used, e.g. to bring on a trip, for the gapahuken, etc., it is expected that this is brought by the tenant. Cleaning is not added as an extra fee, but it is expected that the cabin is left as it was at arrival. NOTE The cabin is best suited for adults and families with slightly older children/young people aged from about 4 years. The stairs up to the 2nd floor are a bit steep, and without a safety net on the side out to the living room. (See picture no. 16). No problem for slightly older children, you just have to be a little aware. For those who have bad legs, the bedroom on the 1st floor can be used, then everything is on one level, without stairs. BASIC ARTICLES There will be toilet paper, soap, salt, sugar, etc. There will be a warehouse with various household items, candles and napkins as well, which can be used and preferably replaced. BED LINEN There are duvets (150x200 cm) and pillows (50x60cm) in the cabin, (size IKEA), but it is desirable that bed linen is brought. However, it will be possible to rent for NOK 100 per set if you do not have one. LARGE TOWELS Kitchen cloths, tea towels, small towels and eaters/ tablecloths are freely available. It is desirable that guests bring large towels, but there will be extra towels available, then for rent for NOK 30 per piece. This is due to limited laundry facilities when we live far from the cabin.
