The Master bedroom has high quality wooden furniture. its own private comfortable seating for 2, a walk-in closet, TV & a private Master bath, dual vanities with rain shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a full and a twin bed. All beds are furnished with full linens & pillows, and all bathrooms are equipped with bath, hand towels & hand soaps. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV’s. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Master bedroom: king (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: queen (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: (1) full & (1) twin KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space, under counter lighting for culinary adventures. Enjoy the spacious, comfortable seating - place for family to gather. We provide a toaster & drip coffee machine. ROOFTOP: Enjoy the rooftop with 360 views all around - comfortable seating with chaise loungers. condo nestled right at the heart of the beach, offering you the ultimate coastal retreat! EACH UNIT HAS THEIR EXCLUSIVE ROOFTOP SPACE. LAUNDRY: There is a front load full size washer & dryer on 2nd floor. PARKING: Tandem Parking for 2 covered/enclosed carport which can accommodate 2 medium size vehicles. Oversized vehicles will have problems parking. GUEST ACCESS: Guests have SEPARATE entrance to the unit, SEPARATE rooftop SPACE with covered carport parking for 2 cars. Note, upstairs Guests do not have access to downstairs patio area. LOCATION Our condo is ideally located, few minutes' walk to the Bay side & sandy Mission Beach making it easy to indulge in beach walks, water sports, and sun-drenched days by the ocean. Additionally, nearby attractions, dining options, and shopping spots are within easy reach, promising a perfect blend of leisure and exploration. Other things to note. - Cleaning supplies included toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soaps, trash bags are provided. - We provide beach chairs - any chairs missing guest will be charged $15 each. - Maximum occupancy is 6 (This means that children of any age, even infants, are counted as guests in your guest count) We do not allow any extra guests as this unit only accommodates 6 guests. -- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us -- Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the Premises - -Please, no pets/animals -- No large gatherings BABY SUPPLIES: We have also partnered with Baby's Away and you can contact them for any Baby Rentals at San Diego Babys away. NOTE****Our home is suitable only for families. Please DO NOT book if planning any large gatherings/parties etc. We have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise as per San Diego Noise Ordinance, evictions are strictly enforced. We will cancel without refund and/or penalty of $250.
