Stay in a newly built accommodation on the eastern side of the island of Öland. Here, you can stay winter and summer. A newly-built home in the village of Störlinge. Here it is fresh and bright with new furniture and interior. It is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas, nature and bird sanctuaries. Between this home and the sea, it is a walk of 30-40 min and 3 km. Perfect for walking, biking, or jogging. Here it is a perfect place to explore Öland from. It is located in the center on the east side. Warm welcome here. The space Welcome to this newly built home located on the eastern side of Öland. This is a combined cottage/ apartment. It's newly built and finished in June 2023, ready for the first guests. Here it is close to the sea and to beautiful nature in the village Störlinge. It is said that the finest beaches are on the east side. The apartment is well equipped and modern. There is an AC that helps keep the temperature if you want. Cooling in summer and heat in winter Super strong and great Wi-Fi 1000/1000 New TV 50’inch. Samsung Qled. With apps and many programs. In the kitchen you can cook and bake. Hot-air oven, micro and dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped with what you need for cooking and baking. You can also borrow a waffle iron, mixer or dough mixer. If you find out, let me know. Here is what you need for the perfect vacation. Where you can relax The property is near and in the Öland nature. Here there are several historical places around us. Nearby is Tjus high, Störlinge mill row and other historic sites. To the sea it is only 3 km walk. A wonderful walk to the sea and to Störlinge boathouses. It is a gravel road straight down to the sea. You can walk, jog, bike or drive a car. There is parking there. If you go by car to and from Borgholm, it takes about 10 -12 minutes. The sofa has a mattress topper and mattress protector. The TV is on the TV. It is Samsung QLED 50 inch. It's a smart tv with apps and wifi. It's on a dresser. There are games and other things here in. Here you can put in clothes and the like. Access to charcoal grill at the bottom of the garden and its own patio with outdoor furniture on the side, possibly your home. On Öland it can be dry in the ground sometimes and then there is a barbecue ban. But we hope for the best. Most of the time, barbeque works great. Important! On the property, there can sometimes be a very kind and kind-hearted golden retriever named Alice. She is the kindest dog on earth. Guest access This accommodation is 40 sqm, This has been the village's grocery store and trading stall for many years. There has also been a bakery in the basement and a café in the garden. The accommodation you rent is located at the front of the house and it is excluded from my own house. But we're wall to wall. You have your own entrance and your own private area. When I moved here in the summer of 2022, it had been completely empty and unused for many years. Everything was taken down, insulated and rebuilt by a local carpenter. Now it is well-built and insulated for warm summers and cold winters. It turned out very well! The guests from the first summer are very pleased. It got 5 stars from all the guests. I'm so happy. Other things to note The accommodation is located on the eastern side of Öland. In the middle of Öland on the east side. Your accommodation is by the road and you park right outside. You enter through a gate and the front door is on the right. There is traffic outside but absolutely not disturbing. It is well-insulated and has new walls and windows. Roller blinds and blackout curtains. The nearest town is Borgholm. It is 12 km to get here.
