Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated old Dalmatian stone house, steps from the waterfront but hidden in a quiet courtyard. Few minutes walking distance from the ferry, just meters from the sea, our house offers the high quality and well organized space for up to 4 persons. Centrally located in the center of Vis, it is very close to great amenities like restaurants, waterfront, beach, bars and even the world's unique "Mvsevm" place. House is not suitable for kids and toddlers. The space Fully-equipped bright space with well-thought amenities and details, our house offers a high class and modern living experience interlaced within historical stone house of Vis town center. There is a central 3-stage water filtration system installed, which removes hard particles, odours, insecticides, pesticides, chlorine and limescale from the water our guests use, so your stay will be safe and healthy. Ground Floor is a space where you enter the house. This level is dominated by ancient fireplace next to the entrance, which today has only a decorative purpose. There is a spacious, bright and modern kitchen with oversized induction tabletop cooker with an extraction hood, an oven, a fridge and a freezer, a toaster, coffee machine, kettle and all other necessary and quality items for cooking and dining. Dining area has a handmade and custom-built oak-metal table with chairs. Toilet with washer, drier, iron and ironing table is also on this floor. For cooling, there is an AC system unit, and heating is provided by floor heating with digital&WiFi controls throughout the whole floor. 1st Floor is fully dedicated to be a central living space for our guests. It has an ancient stone balcony which is almost always in shade and is surrounded by a lot of seasonal greenery. Inside, there is a seating area with 3-seater sofa and restored antique upholstered chairs, a 55-inch LED smart TV, a set of great qualiy hi-fi speakers with Bluetooth connectivity so you can listen your own playlists and an AC system for cooling/heating. Dedicated workstation table&chair with wired hi-speed Internet connection is a place where you will enjoy doing your work tasks. 2nd Floor On this floor there is a master bedroom with queen size bed, dedicated workstation table&chair, clothes hangers and open wardrobe, modern dimmable lighting and AC unit for cooling/heating. On this floor there is also a modern bathroom with digital&wifi-controlled floor heating. A space in front of the bathroom can be used for peaceful reading, as it has a natural light through the window and a comfortable antique chair. 3rd Floor is a nice bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe, modern and dimmable lighting and a split system AC unit for cooling. Guest access Parking is not provided but free public parking is just 7 minutes walk away from the house. Paid public parking is just two minutes walk from the house. House is located in a shared private courtyard with no public access. Guests can use the whole house. Access is provided through a small courtyard. Guests can use a beautiful balcony on the 2nd floor to enjoy outdoor. Other things to note Vis island is a safe place to stay, with many beautiful places to visit and investigate. It's history, natural beauties and hospitality options are representing the best of Mediterranean, just like it used to be.
