As you enter the cottage, you will be greeted by an open-plan living space that exudes warmth and comfort. The living room is furnished with plush sofas, an elegant coffee table, and a cosy wood burner fireplace that provides a relaxing ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, including a fridge, dishwasher, oven, and stove, allowing guests to cook up a storm with ease. The dining area is also located within the open-plan living space and features a rustic wooden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal with family and friends. The cottage features two bedrooms, each with its own unique character and charm. The upstairs bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom downstairs features two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests. Both bedrooms offer views of the surrounding countryside and barn where the horses often await their daily treats, all contributing to a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. The bathrooms are very comfortable, modern and spacious, featuring a shower, toilet, and vanity downstairs, whilst upstairs includes a standalone bath. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for guests' convenience. The cottage's outdoor area is a nature lover's paradise, featuring a spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the views of Mount Macedon, the wide array of flora and fauna. The forest provides an opportunity for exploring nature trails or simply relaxing amongst the trees, whilst the winery offers guests the chance to sample some of the region's finest wines and take a tour of the estate. Located within just 20 minutes from Hanging Rock and Mount Macedon and 15 minutes from Kyneton or Woodend, this beautiful cottage offers the perfect base for exploring the nearby attractions. Guests can enjoy hiking in the Macedon Ranges, visit the historic Hanging Rock Reserve, or explore the local towns and wineries. Guest access Welcome to Paramoor Estate! We're delighted to have you here, and we want to make sure you have a wonderful time exploring the property. As you may already know, there are some areas of the estate that we ask you not to enter, but don't worry, there's still plenty to see and do. First and foremost, we want you to feel free to wander around the site generally. There are many beautiful areas to explore, from the forest to the dam up the back and the pastures towards the entrance. Feel free to take your time and enjoy the scenery. While you're exploring, please keep in mind that the winery and vineyard are off-limits due to biosecurity reasons. For those interested, we can provide a private viewing into these areas where possible - please indicate your interest, so that we can help show you around. We also ask that you do not enter the main house, as it is our private residence. That said, you're more than welcome to view the Clydesdale barn! Just be sure to take care while doing so, as it can be a bit tricky to navigate in certain areas and children must be supervised. Finally, we have some lovely horses on the property, and you're more than welcome to say a gentle hello to them. Just be sure to approach them slowly and calmly, as they can be a bit skittish around new people. Overall, we hope you have a fantastic time exploring the farm.
