The space The house has 5 spacious double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a bathroom and more loos than you need. The front downstairs room is an office space and there is a separate utility room on the first floor. As the bedrooms are over two floors, there is plenty of space for a large group. Guest access Guests can access all rooms. The basement is currently more of a store area. Other things to note There is parking on the front for two vehicles (one at an angle across the house and one perpendicular to the fence. There is a parking restriction on the road from 10-11 to prevent people parking for the station. Further up the road on the other side is free parking all day. The house is 5 minutes from St Albans City Station and under 10 minutes to the city centre. Easy access to London by train and by car to the countryside and Heartwood Forest. Luton Airport is a short train ride away.
